Seongnam City explores cooperation with the People's Government of Bin County, Harbin and the China-Korea Business Exchange Group
성남시(시장 신상진)는 19일 시청을 방문한 하얼빈시 빈현 인민정부 및 한중기업교류단과 협력방안을 모색했다.
이번 방문은 성남산업단지관리공단(성남혁신지원센터)이 지난 8월 하얼빈시를 방문해 하얼빈 한중국제산업혁신창업센터와 업무협약을 체결한 이후 이뤄졌다.
이진찬 성남시 부시장이 이날 치엔용 빈현인민정부 빈현위원회 상무위원을 단장으로 하는 대표단을 접견하고 양 지역간 협력사항에 대한 의견을 나눴다.
이진찬 부시장은 이 자리에서 “성남산업단지관리공단 혁신지원센터와 하얼빈시 한중국제산업혁신창업센터의 업무협약으로 한·중 기업 간 융복합 교류 및 기술인재 교류를 위한 기반을 마련해 주신 것에 감사드린다”며, “성남시도 양국 센터와 기업 간 협력을 위해 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
이날 접견에서는 한·중 양국의 경제무역 협력과 시스템반도체, 바이오헬스(의료기기)산업, 자율주행, 콘텐츠, 인공지능 (AI) 스마트 제작 등 4차산업 관련 논의와 수출입 무역 촉진 등에 대한 환담이 이뤄졌다.
하얼빈시는 중국에서 10번째로 큰 도시로, 중국 최대 석유공업기지가 소재해 있으며 철강, 전자, 의약품 등 다양한 산업이 발달 되어있다.
Seongnam City (Mayor Shin Sang-jin) explored cooperation with the People's Government of Bin County in Harbin and the China-Korea Business Exchange Group during a visit to the city hall on September 19.
The visit comes after the Seongnam Industrial Complex Management Corporation (Seongnam Innovation Support Center) visited Harbin in August and signed a business agreement with the Harbin China-Korea International Industrial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center.
Seongnam Vice Mayor Lee Jin-chan received a delegation headed by Qian Yong, Secretary of the Bin County Committee of the Bin County People's Government, and exchanged views on cooperation between the two regions.
"I am grateful for the business agreement between the Innovation Support Center of Seongnam Industrial Complex Management Corporation and the Harbin China-Korea International Industrial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, which laid the foundation for convergence exchanges and technical talent exchange between Korean and Chinese companies," said Vice Mayor Lee Jin-chan. "Seongnam City will actively support cooperation between the two centers and companies."
At the meeting, the two sides discussed economic and trade cooperation between Korea and China, as well as the fourth industrial sector such as system semiconductors, biohealth (medical device) industry, autonomous driving, content, and artificial intelligence (AI) smart production, and the promotion of import and export trade.
Harbin is the 10th largest city in China, home to the country's largest petroleum industrial base, and has a wide range of industries including steel, electronics, and pharmaceuticals.
