Eumseong-gun, Geumwang-eup Rural Center Revitalization Project Regional Capacity Building Program
음성군(군수 조병옥)은 무극중학교 학생들을 대상으로 금왕읍 일원에 추진 중인 농촌중심지활성화 사업 일환으로 지역역량강화 프로그램을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
군은 19일 무극중학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 대학로에서 공연관람(시간을 파는 상점)과 용산 전쟁기념관 전시관람 및 체험학습인 금빛청소년 문화의 날 프로그램을 실시했다.
음성군은 농산어촌지역 주민의 기초생활수준을 높이고 정주여건 개선 등을 통해 지역 주민 삶의 질 향상과 지역 활성화 도모를 위한 농림축산식품부 공모사업인 금왕읍 농촌중심지활성화사업을 지난해 8월 기본계획 승인 받아 진행 중이다.
이번 프로그램으로 학생들에게 창의적인 문화체험 활동 기회 제공 및 견문 확대로 청소년들의 문화에 대한 관심과 욕구를 충족시키는 계기가 됐다.
정만택 농촌활력과장은 “앞으로도 살기 좋은 농촌마을 조성을 위해 주민들과 협업해 농촌중심지활성화사업을 내실 있게 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
한편 금왕읍 농촌중심지활성화사업은 2021년 기본계획 용역을 시작으로 2025년까지 금빛공감센터 조성해 목욕탕, 청소년, 가족센터 등을 운영하는 사업으로 지역주민들의 정주여건 개선에 크게 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.

On the 19th, the county conducted the Gold Youth Culture Day program for third-grade students at Muguk Middle School, which included a performance at Daehak-ro (a shop that sells time) and an exhibition and hands-on learning at the Yongsan War Memorial.
Eumseong-gun is carrying out the Geumwang-eup Rural Center Revitalization Project, a Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs competition project to improve the quality of life of local residents by raising the basic living standards of residents in agricultural and rural areas and improving settlement conditions, and to help revitalize the region, after the basic plan was approved in August last year.
The program provides students with opportunities for creative cultural experience activities and expanded field trips to satisfy youths' interest and desire for culture.
Jung Man-taek, head of the Rural Vitality Division, said, "We will continue to promote the Rural Center Revitalization Project in collaboration with residents to create a livable rural village."
Meanwhile, the Geumwang-eup Rural Center Revitalization Project is expected to contribute significantly to improving the settlement conditions of local residents by creating a bathhouse, youth and family centers, and operating the Geumbit Empathy Center by 2025, starting with the basic plan service in 2021.
