노고 격려 및 화합의 장 마련
계룡시(시장 이응우)는 지난 17일 계룡문화예술의전당 대공연장에서 ‘2023년 계룡시 체육인의 밤’ 행사를 열었다고 밝혔다.
체육계 인사 300여 명이 참여한 가운에 열린 이날 행사는 전국체전 및 충청남도체육대회 등 각종 체육대회에서 우수한 성적을 달성한 체육인들의 노고를 격려하고 회원 간 화합과 친선을 다지기 위해 마련됐다.
행사는 식전공연과 본행사로 진행되었으며 식전공연에서는 색소폰 연주, 치어리더 공연 및 태권무 등으로 행사 분위기를 띄우고, 본행사에서는 유공자 표창, 종목별 우수학생 장학금 수여 등 계룡시 체육 발전 기여자에 대한 표창을 실시했다.
이응우 시장은 “다가오는 2024년 갑진년에는 계룡시 체육이 보다 큰 결실을 맺을 수 있도록 각 분야에서 최선을 다해줄 것”을 당부했다.

The event, which was held with the participation of more than 300 athletes, was organized to encourage the efforts of athletes who have achieved excellent results in various athletic competitions such as the National Championships and the Chungcheongnam-do Athletic Meetings, and to build harmony and goodwill among members.
The event consisted of a pre-show performance and the main event, where saxophone performances, cheerleader performances, and taekwondo dances livened up the atmosphere of the event, and the main event recognized contributors to the development of sports in Gyeryong City, including recognition of meritorious individuals and awarding scholarships to outstanding students in each sport.
Mayor Lee urged everyone to do their best in their respective fields so that Gyeryong City's sports can bear greater fruit in the upcoming year of 2024."
